Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters Endorses Hackensack United for Progress



Hackensack, NJ (April 20, 2017) –Today, the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters (NRCC) will announce its endorsement of Hackensack United for Progress candidates in the May 9th Hackensack City Council election. Hackensack United for Progress candidates include: Lara Rodriguez; Jason Some; Michael Williams; Carlos Merino; and Rommy Buttafuoco.

Passaic, NJ (April 19, 2017) –Today, the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters (NRCC) will officially endorse Passaic Mayor Hector C. Lora and the members of Team Passaic in the May 9th election. Team Passaic includes: Mayor Lora, Horacio Carrera, Arthur Soto, Christina Shratz and Danny Rodriguez.

John Ballantyne Receives award at the WC&C 20th Annual Spring Gala & Dinner Dance

The Association of Wall Ceiling & Carpentry Industries of New York held their annual spring gala and dinner dance on Saturday April 8th with Kevin P. McCabe, Christine D’Agostino and Melissa Carter representing the Carpenter Contractor Trust. Each year, the Association honors and pays tribute to two individuals who have made significant contributions to the WC&C of New York, as well as the Union Labor Movement. This year the Executive Secretary-Treasurer of the Northeast Council of Carpenters, John Ballantyne was recognized as Union Official of the Year.
