Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters Endorses Ted Green for Mayor of East Orange

East Orange, NJ (June 6, 2017) – Today, the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters (NRCC) announced its endorsement of Ted Green as he runs for Mayor of East Orange. Green is running along with the members of “Team Green”, which consists of: First Ward Councilman Chris James; Second Ward Councilman Romal Bullock; Fourth Ward Councilwoman Tyshammie Cooper; and Fifth Ward Councilwoman Alicia Holman.

John Ballantyne, Executive Secretary-Treasurer of the NRCC, stands by Green as he runs for mayor of East Orange.

“The NRCC is proudly supporting Green during his campaign because of his continued support of workers’ rights issues and years of fighting for the people of East Orange,” said Ballantyne. “Now more than ever, we need political leaders who will defend the middle class and its workers.”
